The Concept of Aldo's is derived from two main concerns:
- The need to have a sociable, friendly, warm, but lively amenity that compliments the club and its members, yet could still compete against any first class restaurant in Bangkok.
- The desire to serve down-to-earth, yet healthy food in order to compliment the wellness concepts of the health club and spa. All three amenities needed to be tied together in one operating concept that would allow creative programming of the club as a whole and each amenity individually.
